How we handle your data on allgrid.net

1. Controller

2. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or social media tools. Fonts and images are loaded from our own server; no data is sent to third parties when you visit the site.

3. Server log files

When you open the site, the web server records technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser). This data is used only for secure operation, troubleshooting and defence against attacks, is not combined with other data and is kept only as long as needed for these purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

4. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we store your details to process your enquiry and for possible follow-up questions for six months. We do not pass this data on without your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Please do not send confidential data by unencrypted e-mail.

5. Hosting

The website is operated on our own infrastructure in Austria (LUN backbone). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: www.dsb.gv.at.
